On November 15, 2011, the US-Korea Institute at SAIS and the Database Center for North Korean Human Rights will host a seminar examining the status of human rights and humanitarian efforts for North Korea and the international efforts underway to address them.

This seminar will feature expert, government and NGO perspectives, with special addresses by Ambassador Han Duk-soo, ROK Ambassador to the United States, and Governor Kim Moon-soo, Governor of Gyeonggi Province in South Korea.
