Mr. Myung Jin Cha is a National Assemblyman who has served in the 17th and 18th Korean National Assembly. His notable past positions include Spokesman for Governance of Gyeonggi Province, Advisor to Hoi-chang Lee, a South Korean politician and a three- time presidential candidate, Advisor to Moonsoo Kim, governor of Gyeonggi Province. Mr. Cha holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from Seoul National University.
