Dr. Soohyun “Catherine” Oh is concurrently a visiting scholar at the U.S.-Korea Institute at SAIS and a research fellow at the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) in Seoul, South Korea. She has experience teaching at several universities, including the International University of Japan and The Pennsylvania State University, and she teaches a course titled Korea’s Economic Development during the fall semester. She has a Ph.D. in Agricultural, Environmental and Regional Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
