Dr. Tongmei He is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Korean Studies at Dalian University of Foreign Languages in China. Her teaching and research interests include China – South Korea economic and diplomatic relations. Dr. He received her B.A. and Ph.D. from Yanbian University in English and History respectively.
