Song Yeong-Kwan is a research fellow with Korea Institute for International Economic Policy. Dr. Song has been with KIEP since 2004 and during his tenure published several policy reports on GATS, Korean regulations of foreign capital, higher education, foreign high-skilled workers in Korea, and Korean IT services. Dr. Song has received a B.A., an M.A., an M.S., and a Ph.D. in Economics.
