Kyongran Seo is the team manager of the SME policy and finance division at IBK Economic Research Institute in South Korea. Previously, she worked as a specialist in the department of service and industry economy at the Korea Development Institute. Dr. Seo has an MBA from KonKuk University in Seoul, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Seoul.
